ELIGIBLITY: No Purchase Necessary. To be eligible, entries must be received by midnight of the contest closing date. International Cellars Inc. (hereinafter to be referred to as the Sponsor) and British Columbia Liquor Distribution Branch will not be responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdirected entries. One entry per household - either by mail or Internet. The contest is open to all residents of British Columbia, who are of legal drinking age, except employees (and persons with whom they are domiciled) of the Sponsor, employees and contractors of the provincial liquor agencies,liquor licensees, their employees and members of the immediate families of the aforementioned or persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible.. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and regulations. Provincial Liquor Agencies are not connected with this contest, nor liable in any way, which relates to the contest.

RANDOM DRAW: A random draw will be conducted within a week of the contest closing date, from all eligible entries received. To be declared a winner, the entrant will be required to sign: a declaration confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prizes as awarded, a release form indemnifying International

Cellars Inc and their suppliers with respect to injury, accident, loss or misfortune relating to all aspects of the prize awarded. Only one prize will be awarded per person and/or household. The chances of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. No exchanges or cash redemption value. International Cellars Inc. reserves the right to substitute prizes.
