
1. Do you sell direct to the public? 
International Cellars Inc. is an importer and distributor and, as such, does not sell directly to the public.
2. Where do I purchase your products? 
Our products can be found in retail liquor stores or licensed restaurants, clubs, and other similarly authorized outlets. Depending on the province in which you live, you will find the products listed in our portfolio in the following retail outlets:
British Columbia: BC government retail stores (LDB), private wine stores (PWS), VQA stores (Vintners Quality Alliance, BC wines only), beer & wine stores (LRS)
Alberta: retail liquor stores
Saskatchewan: Saskatchewan government retail stores
Manitoba: Manitoba government retail stores (MLCC "Commission" stores), private wine stores
Please note that not all retail stores or other licensed outlets will carry all of the products in our portfolio.
3. What if I cannot locate the product I am looking for listed in your portfolio in the usual retail outlets? 
Please contact us at info@international-cellars.com with any query you may have and we will do our best to try to locate an outlet that carries the product you are looking for or advise you how to obtain a specific product.
4. Are all your products available across Canada? 
International Cellars Inc. only operates in the four provinces of Western Canada: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. While some of the products we represent are available in other parts of the country, they are under the portfolio of another company operating in that particular province.
5. I live in a region outside of Western Canada. How can I obtain some of these products? 
One of the best ways to locate a product is to go to the website of the respective liquor control board in the Canadian province in which you live. Alternatively, if you go to the supplier's website, you may find the local importer or representative listed there. If neither of these pursuits yields an answer, please contact us at info@international-cellars.com and we will try to direct your query to the appropriate company.
6. Are there special prices for purchases of large quantities? 
Under government regulations, there are no discounts for large quantity purchases.
7. Do you export wines to other countries? 
8. Do you supply airlines and ship's chandlers on an in-bond basis? 
We warehouse products in in-bond warehouses and, as such, have the capability of supplying airlines and ship's chandlers. Depending on the jurisdiction, we are also capable of supplying product on an out-of-bond basis as well.
9. We are having a special event, such as a wedding, convention, or meeting, and are interested in serving some of your products. How do we do this? 
10. I don't see any place on your website regarding employment opportunities. How do I apply for a position with your company? 
Please write us at info@international-cellars.com. Although we do not normally post vacancies on our website, your application may be of interest to us now or in the future.
